Rami Najjar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2001, they worked at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs innovations as an Operations Program Manager and later as a Product Team Lead. In these positions, they managed cross-functional teams, defined product requirements, and oversaw the product lifecycle.
Moving on, Rami joined Alcatel-Lucent in 2008 as a Senior Manager in Global Strategy. Rami led a team in developing and launching a telecom service offering, generating significant revenue. Rami stayed with the company until 2012.
Following their time at Alcatel-Lucent, Rami worked at Vonage as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on international markets. Rami identified market needs and established partnerships to meet those needs, managing the design and delivery of various products.
In 2014, Rami joined Cablevision as a Director, overseeing product management and customer experience initiatives. Rami successfully executed cross-functional projects to enhance customer engagement.
Next, Rami joined IPC Systems, Inc. in 2015 as Director of Product Management. Rami led a global team in defining cloud services roadmaps and prioritizing features as part of an Agile development framework. Rami also played a role in defining commercial models and pricing within the company.
In 2019, Rami moved to Crestron Electronics as the Director of Product Management for Unified Communications. Rami held this position until 2021, where they were responsible for product strategy and management within the unified communications space.
Most recently, Rami joined RingCentral in 2021 as the Director of Product Management. In this role, they led product management activities and contributed to the company's overall product strategy.
Currently, Rami holds the position of VP of Product Management at Kaseya, where they continue to utilize their expertise in product management to drive success for the company.
Rami Najjar has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Wireless and Mobile Communications from Columbia University. Rami also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Arizona State University. Rami obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Jordan.
