Namita Koria currently holds the position of Director - Human Resources for the APAC region at Kaseya, a role assumed in August 2015, after serving as Manager HR for the same region within the company. Prior to Kaseya, Namita worked as an HR Consultant at Rightsketch Private Limited, focusing on talent management, training, and business development for HR consulting services targeting SMEs. Namita's early career included significant roles at Tata Elxsi, where responsibilities encompassed employee engagement initiatives, talent acquisition, and HR operations, as well as at IPCA, focusing on recruitment and organizational development. Namita's educational background includes a PGDBM in HR from N.L.Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, an M.Com in Management from the University of Mumbai, and a BMS in Marketing from Bhavan's College Mumbai.
