Angela Richer has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Angela currently works as a Principal Technical Writer at Kaseya since April 2019. Prior to this, Angela was a Senior Manager of Documentation & Localization at Datto, Inc. starting in October 2017. Angela managed the product documentation and localization of Autotask legacy products using tools like Madcap Flare and Madcap Lingo. Angela's earlier experience includes a role as Manager of Training and Localization at Autotask since June 2004. Before that, they worked as a VAR Channel Manager/International Channel Manager at iLinc Communications, where they supported reseller partners on 4 continents. Angela's first job was as a Database Manager in Sales at Image Systems Technology starting in 1988, where they worked until 1995.

Angela Richer obtained an M.A. degree in German, Philosophy, and Physical Education from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg during the period of 1976 to 1982. In 2018, they attended the Women's Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management.
