Mathew Busch has held various roles in the past decade. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Retail Worker at Lunch Express, followed by a Supervisor at New Orana Hotel from 2013 to 2015. During the same period, they were a Production Team Member at Search4hurt and a Production, Design and Development at VPA Productions. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Web Developer/Digital Media Producer at Busch Productions and an Optimisation Team at Wunderman-Bienalto. Mathew is currently a Senior Software Engineer and Frontend Engineer at Kasada since 2019.

Mathew Busch completed a Bachelor of Design Computing at the University of Sydney from 2015 to 2017, majoring in Design. Mathew also completed a course in Information Technology at the University of Newcastle in 2013. Additionally, they hold a HSC certification from the Department of Education.
