Thanh Tran, CPA, currently serves as the Controller at KPM Property Management since September 2023. Prior to this role, Thanh held several positions at Calvetti Ferguson from June 2017 to September 2023, including Assurance Manager, where responsibilities included managing dynamic teams, ensuring efficiency and profitability, and providing technical accounting support to clients. Earlier roles at Calvetti Ferguson also included Senior Assurance Associate, focusing on supervising associates and managing engagement budgets, and Audit Associate, responsible for detailed test work and documentation. Thanh began a career in accounting as an Associate Auditor at PKF Texas from October 2015 to May 2017. Thanh holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, completed in 2015.
