Venkata Phanikumar Kristam is an experienced IT Delivery Unit Lead at KFin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since August 2021, overseeing the delivery of IT services, application maintenance, support, and new projects. Prior to this role, Venkata held multiple positions at Accenture from August 2010 to July 2021, including Project Manager and Product Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing project deliverables and leading high-performing Agile teams for the Accenture Video Solution. Venkata’s extensive experience also includes key roles such as Software Engineering Manager and Test Lead at various organizations, including Tata Consultancy Services, where project management and quality assurance were pivotal. Venkata holds an M Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Osmania University.
