Chloe Naylor began their work experience in 2015 at Karrot Rewards, where they started as a Fulfillment Coordinator and later became a Marketing Specialist in November 2018. In 2017, they joined Jewel-Osco as a Customer Service Associate, and their tenure lasted until October 2018. Chloe also worked at Twitch as a Content Creator starting in June 2018.
Chloe Naylor completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from Minooka Comm High School in 2016. Chloe then pursued higher education at Joliet Junior College from 2016 to 2018, where they studied Marketing but did not obtain a specific degree.
In addition to their formal education, Chloe has obtained various certifications. In May 2021, they completed "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" course offered by Google. Over the following year, they continued to expand their knowledge and skills by earning several certifications from Coursera, including "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" (November 2022), "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" (December 2022), "Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes" (January 2023), "Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts" (February 2023), and "Create High-Fidelity Designs and Prototypes in Figma" (April 2023). Additionally, they obtained a certification in "17 Questions to Help Improve Your Marketing" from LinkedIn in May 2022.
