Gayle Stewart is an experienced commercial realtor, currently retired after a successful career in real estate that began in May 2009 at Karpe Real Estate Center in Tehachapi, California, specializing in property disposition, tenant negotiation, business opportunities, and investment properties. Prior to this role, Gayle owned and operated three Curves franchise locations from 2001 to 2010, culminating in the sale of the last franchise in February 2010. Additionally, Gayle founded an interior plantscape business in Simi Valley, California in 1981, which later merged to become Innovative Plantscapes, Inc. in 1993.
