Erika Rusiene currently serves as the Head of Finance CoE LT at Karo Healthcare since February 2024. Prior to this role, Erika accumulated extensive experience at Nuveen, a TIAA company, where positions of Finance Manager and Assistant Finance Manager were held from January 2017 to February 2024. Erika's career began at Hines as a Fund Accountant from March 2015 to January 2017 and included a role at EY as a Compliance and Reporting Consultant from November 2012 to March 2015. Erika also worked at Luminor Group as an Expert from April 2011 to November 2012. Erika holds a Master's degree in Business/Investment Management from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance from Vilnius University.
