Felicity Harper is a highly experienced professional in the fields of psychology and fitness, currently serving as a CrossFit Instructor at Lake Swell CrossFit since May 2018 with Level 1 and 2 certifications. Felicity also holds significant roles as Associate Center Director at BARBARA ANN KARMANOS CANCER INSTITUTE and as a Professor at Wayne State University, both positions held since August 2021. In addition, Felicity has been a Clinical Psychologist and Program Co-Leader for Population Studies and Disparities Research at Karmanos Cancer Institute since August 2004, and served as Scientific Director of the Behavioral Field and Research Core. Previous academic positions include Associate and Assistant Professor in the Department of Oncology at Wayne State University School of Medicine from August 2004 to August 2021, and a postdoctoral fellowship in Psycho-Oncology at the University of Kentucky from June 2002 to July 2004. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Clinical Psychology from The University of Georgia and a BA in American/U.S. Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence from Wellesley College.
