Michelle Sawyer has accumulated extensive experience in the field of software applications and business intelligence, with a tenure at Karmak since November 1997. In this role, Michelle has progressed through various positions including Software Applications Specialist, Business Information Platform Specialist, BI Technical Lead, BI Project Manager, Manager of Latin America Sales & Service, and Quality Assurance Analyst. Prior to Karmak, Michelle worked as a Warranty Administrator at Los Angeles Freightliner from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, Michelle completed training at the ATD Dealer Academy from 2013 to 2014.
