Vivien Li is an accomplished Senior Account Manager at KARLA OTTO, specializing in media relations, event management, project management, media partnerships, and account servicing since July 2022. Prior to this role, Vivien served as a PR & Influencers Strategist at On Air Collective from May 2018 to July 2022, and held various positions in public relations and marketing, including PR and Marketing Manager, Senior PR and Marketing Executive, and PR Coordinator. Experience also includes work as a Freelance PR and Events professional and a Showroom Assistant. Vivien holds a Master’s Degree in Luxury and Fashion Management from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Management Studies with Economics from the University of Leicester.
