Lena Hong is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Kari-Out since September 2021. Previously, Lena held various roles at Winco from May 2018 to September 2021, including Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist. At Target, from July 2015 to April 2018, Lena oversaw legal compliance for a district of 12 stores and taught business courses to new management hires. Lena co-founded the Youth Empowerment Club at Rutgers University and has held internships at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Central Jersey Family Health Consortium. Lena holds multiple degrees from Rutgers University, including a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health.
