Hector Velazquez Abreu is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and technical supervision. Currently serving as Regional Manager and Branch Manager at Karins Engineering and KWA Engineers, LLC since June 2016, Hector oversees the bid process and manages projects related to existing buildings, structural repairs, and building envelopes. Previously, Hector worked as Project Engineer II at Grupo CPM from October 2011 to January 2016, focusing on infrastructure assessment and contract management for the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority. Hector's career began in San Juan, PR, working with CH Caribe and Jose Ocasio & Associates. Hector holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Puerto Rico (1996-2001).
