Ghais Najjar

Business Lead, North America at Karger Publishers

Ghais Najjar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ghais has worked at Karger Publishers since 2018, starting as a Regional Manager for the MEA (Middle-East and Africa) region until 2021. Following that, they became a Business Development Manager for North America from 2021 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Director of Sales for North America since May 2022. Prior to their time at Karger Publishers, Ghais worked at Naseej AAS as an Information Resources Specialist from 2015 to 2018. Ghais also has previous experience at Scotiabank as an Account Manager from 2013 to 2015, and at CIBC as an Account Executive from 2010 to 2012.

Ghais Najjar holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Mathematics from McMaster University. Prior to that, they obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) from Sir Allan MacNab Secondary School. In terms of additional certifications, Ghais has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Business Analysis Techniques for Business Transformation," "Leading with a Growth Mindset," "Sales: Develop a Service Orientation," "Problem Solving Techniques," "Sales Enablement," "Sales Management Foundations," and "Sales: Closing Strategies." Ghais has also earned the "Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification" from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).
