Joanie Kraus is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in broadcasting and finance. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at KARE 11 since March 2014, Joanie has held various roles at the station, including Local Sales Manager and Account Executive, where responsibilities involved negotiating advertising rates, developing new business accounts, and monitoring media competition in the Minneapolis market. Prior to this, Joanie worked as an Account Executive at CBS Corporation's WCCO-TV and Sinclair Broadcast Group, representing ABC 6/FOX 28 in Columbus, Ohio. Joanie also held a Director of Auction Services position at SB Capital Group LLC and served as an Assistant Branch Manager at U.S. Bank. Joanie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from The Ohio State University.
