Zoey Hawthorne possesses extensive experience in development and property management, currently serving as Assistant Director Development Delivery and Assistant Director Development and Property at Karbon Homes since April 2017. Previously, Zoey held various roles at Isos Housing and Cestria Community Housing, including Assistant Director Development and Property and Head of Properties and Assets, respectively. Notably, Zoey also contributed significantly at Home Group as Director of Asset Management, Director of Development Services, and Head of Development for the North East, alongside a tenure as Business Development Manager at Places for People. Earlier career experiences include the role of Regional Development Manager at Anchor Trust and Surveyor at Newcastle City Council. Zoey earned a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Northumbria University between 1988 and 1991.
