Stephen Riding is a seasoned professional in the construction and housing development sector, currently serving as New Homes Technical Lead at Karbon Homes since April 2017, with previous roles including Head of Construction, Development Contracts Manager, and Development and Regeneration Manager. Prior to this, Stephen held the position of Development and Regeneration Manager at Cestria Community Housing Association Limited, where contributions were made to the growth strategy and delivery of development programs. Stephen's experience also includes serving as Project Manager at Cestria Community Housing and Head of Property Services at Four Housing Group. Stephen's academic background includes a BSc (Hon) in Building Surveying from Northumbria University and an OND in Construction from City of Sunderland College.
