John Meldrum is an experienced housing professional with a strong background in management and enforcement within the housing sector. Currently serving as Housing Manager and formerly as Housing Team Leader at Karbon Homes since October 2021, John has held various leadership positions including Assistant Manager and Safeguarding & Tenancy Enforcement Coordinator at South Tyneside Homes, and Senior Manager Safe Living at Your Homes Newcastle. Previous roles include Neighbourhood Relations Team Manager and Senior NRO at The Gateshead Housing Company, and Safer Estates Officer at North Tyneside Council.
