Fiona Young has over 20 years of experience in HR management, working for various companies such as Karbon Homes, Capita, Virgin Money, Northern Powergrid, Virgin Media, and NTL Inc. Fiona has a BA Hons in History and Sociology from Durham University, followed by an MA in Human Resource Management from Newcastle University. Fiona has expertise in leading and managing HR teams, delivering end-to-end employee lifecycle support, project management, strategic business restructuring, and providing advice to employees and managers in line with company policies.
