Gavin Kelly has extensive experience in the mining industry, starting as a Process Operator at Minara Resources before moving up to roles such as Acting Production Superintendent and Production Manager at Karara Mining Limited. Gavin has also worked as a Permit Officer and Control Room Operator, ensuring the safety and efficiency of plant operations. Prior to their mining career, Gavin was a Race Horse Trainer with the Korean Racehorse Association, showcasing their communication and organizational skills.
