Anishka Mohanty is an undergraduate student at Carnegie Mellon University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the CMU Human-Computer Interaction Institute since March 2024, Anishka also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Kara Tutoring, overseeing over 20 tutoring managers and 100 tutors while reviewing tutor applications. Anishka's experience as a Tutor and Tutoring Manager includes teaching SAT Math and IGCSE Math to underprivileged students. Additionally, Anishka tutors Math, Physics, and Chemistry for UPchieve, providing over 90 hours of tutoring to low-income high school students worldwide. Academic background includes an IB Diploma from Greenwood High International School and a Cambridge International Certificate in Education (IGCSE).
