Frank McCutcheon is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive expertise in design and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Kapur & Associates since July 2023, Frank has held significant roles including Project Manager at A&Z Engineering, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed road and bridge design, traffic analysis, hydraulics, and pavement management from June 2015 to January 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Plan Reviewer for the Texas Department of Transportation, where Frank was involved in reviewing transportation final plans and preparing contract documents from July 2013 to May 2015, and as a Senior Project Engineer at GAI Consultants, Inc. from January 2011 to April 2013. Frank's career also features a long tenure as Lead Engineer at Bonar Group, a GIA Company, from August 1996 to January 2011. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structures from the Indiana Institute of Technology, where studies were completed between 1970 and 1982.
