Darin Blang, P.E. serves as the Senior Vice President at Kapur & Associates, where a new office in Madison, WI focuses on transportation design and construction management, site design, survey, and utility engineering. Prior to this role, Darin held the position of Transportation Engineering Manager at OES - Oneida Engineering Solutions from March 2000 to August 2021 and worked as a Transportation Civil Engineer at KL Engineering, Inc. from May 1992 to March 2000. Darin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 1992, and graduated from Regis High School in 1987.
