Jagadeesan Kumar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development and investment banking. Currently serving as CFO and Head of Corporate Development at Kapture CX since April 2022, Jagadeesan is focused on facilitating significant growth within the organization. Prior to this role, Jagadeesan was Managing Partner at J V Advisors LLP from December 2017 to March 2022, where collaboration with founders was key to their business journeys. Earlier experience includes a position in audit at KPMG India from February 2011 to December 2017. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Karnataka State Law University and a qualification from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, with completion of the Limited National Insolvency exam.
