Alejandra Vargas is an experienced educational professional with a strong background in pedagogical design and implementation. Currently serving as Experto en Formaci贸n at KAPTA since December 2023, Alejandra leads various training program activities, managing teams and employing innovative educational strategies on both national and international levels. As a Docente Universitario at Miami Technology & Arts University since June 2022, Alejandra has coordinated the development of high-quality pedagogical materials for the Master of Fine Arts program. Prior experience includes roles as Investigador - Educador at Fundaci贸n Ideas para la Paz, where Alejandra focused on educational processes for social development, and as Asesor Pedag贸gico at WeTalent, developing innovative assessment tools. Earlier experience includes teaching plastic arts at Alianza Educativa, creating strategies for meaningful learning. Alejandra holds a Master's degree in Est茅tica e Historia del Arte from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano and a Bachelor's degree in Educaci贸n Art铆stica from Universidad Distrital Francisco Jos茅 de Caldas.
