Sanika Rastogi is a dedicated psychology professional currently serving as a Psychology Research Fellow at Isophote, focusing on the impact of leader emotional and social intelligence on team performance in Indian corporate settings. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Intern at the International Journal of Neurolinguistics & Gestalt Psychology, where thorough literature reviews were conducted, and a Psychology Intern at Artemis Hospitals, which involved hands-on learning in mental health assessments and therapeutic techniques. Additionally, experience as a Content & Research Development Volunteer at Margika provided insights into abnormal psychology, while involvement as a Council Member for the WICCI - Delhi Mental Health Council emphasized advocacy and community outreach. Sanika is pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology at Mount Carmel College following a Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology from Amity University.
