Ilana Sztaimberg currently serves as the Strategic Growth Manager at Kappa Toys, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ilana spent five years at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities ranged from acting as a Change Agent in the Innovation Center, focusing on emerging technologies, to holding the title of Vice President, where efforts centered on data management and integration of acquisitions. Ilana's earlier experience includes consulting on digital strategies for over a decade, serving as Digital Product Owner for AARP, and leading digital operations at DDB. With a foundation in Information Design and Corporate Communication from Bentley University, Ilana has developed expertise in fostering innovation and enhancing communication strategies across various sectors.
