Melissa Mack serves as the Chief Communications & HR Officer at Kaplan, Inc. since April 2014 and has been the Chairman of the Kaplan Educational Foundation since 2005. Mack played a key role in establishing the foundation, which supports low-income, high-achieving students in pursuing four-year degrees through scholarships, tutoring, and academic advising. Previously, Mack held the position of SVP Marketing at Kaplan from 2004 to 2014. Educational credentials include an AB with honors from Brown University and a certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at eCornell (2016-2017). Additionally, Mack graduated from the University of Chicago Laboratory School.
