Jeff Peterson is a distinguished legal expert specializing in 1031 exchanges and taxation. Serving as the President and 1031 Facilitator of CPEC1031 - Commercial Partners Exchange Company, LLC since 2005, Jeff Peterson has established a reputation for excellence in facilitating 1031 exchanges. Additionally, Jeff Peterson contributes to the Minnesota State Bar Association by updating the 1031 Exchange section of the Minnesota Real Estate Desk Book and serves as an instructor for continuing education classes focused on 1031 exchanges. With experience as a 1031 Exchange Attorney at Peterson Tax Law, an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law teaching federal income tax, and a lead instructor at Kaplan Professional, Jeff Peterson combines legal expertise with a passion for education.
