Christos Tsigas is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer support and management. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Kaplan Early Learning Company since June 2021, Christos develops product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and utilizes Hubspot for effective CRM. Previously, at Westtown Restaurant from August 2008 to December 2022, Christos held the positions of Key Holder/Assistant Manager and Host, overseeing staff, managing cash operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. As a Substitute Teacher for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools from February 2017 to June 2021, Christos followed lesson plans and served as a long-term substitute during the COVID-19 pandemic. Christos earned a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Social Studies with a focus on Secondary Education from Appalachian State University.
