Michele Zimmerman has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Michele currently holds the position of Senior Recruiter at Forter, which they started in August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Recruiter at Forter from March 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Forter, Michele was an Associate Director at Atlantic Group from August 2020 to March 2021. Michele also gained experience as an Executive Recruiter, specializing in Accounting & Finance, at Advice Personnel from January 2019 to July 2020, and at Robert Walters from January 2018 to January 2019.

Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Scranton between 2017 and 2019.
