Susan Agro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, project leadership, and materials science across various companies. Currently serving as Project Leader at Kanzaki Specialty Papers since March 2023, Susan previously held the position of Research and Development Chemist at Verico Technology from October 2020 to August 2022. Prior roles include Material Applications Engineer at Permasteelisa North America Corp. from 2016 to 2020 and Senior Scientist/Research and Development Manager at Oxford Performance Materials, Inc. from 2006 to 2015. Earlier in Susan's career, roles as Materials Scientist at Agro Consulting (2004-2005) and Formulation Chemist/Principal Investigator/Project Manager at Specialized Technology Resources, Inc. (1984-2004) further developed expertise in the field. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics from Skidmore College.
