At Kantata, Errol started in 2012 as the Chief Delivery Officer - US, where they were responsible for solution delivery for US-based Kimble customers and prospects. Errol'sduties included pre-sales support, requirements definition, solution definition, configuration management, training, and data migration. Errol also provided support for Kimble's US sales and delivery partners. Later on, they transitioned to the role of Senior Solutions Architect in 2018. In this role, Errol utilized their 35+ years of professional services experience to guide customers and Kimble partners in designing and building solutions that utilize industry best practices for business insight and growth. Errol was also responsible for designing and delivering Kimble user training artifacts.

Before joining Kantata, Errol worked at MSS Technologies, where they held various roles. Errol started as the Business Unit Manager in 1990, managing projects such as Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), State Courts case management system implementation, and custom development of eCommerce and web-based applications. Later on, they became the Business Development Manager, leading the business development group responsible for lead generation activities. In 2009, Errol took on the role of Consulting Services Director, being responsible for the delivery of all Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) services. Errol'sresponsibilities included project management, solution development, and oversight of the EBS consulting team.

Errol's career started at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1983, where they worked as a Manager until 1990.
