Kaspar Hageman is a data scientist at Kantar, focusing on the development of statistical modeling frameworks for media analytics and optimization since January 2024. Previously, as a postdoctoral researcher at Aarhus University, Hageman conducted applied research in mathematical optimization and deep reinforcement learning for autonomous drone fleets within a EU Horizon 2020 project from December 2021 to September 2023. Hageman earned a PhD in network security from Aalborg University, during which time research efforts involved applying machine learning for detecting network security threats and mining data from the Android ecosystem. Additional experience includes roles at IMDEA Networks Institute and Nedap, as well as developing an open-source platform named Haaukins for virtual penetration labs. Hageman holds an MSc in telematics and a BSc in computer science from the University of Twente.
