Cynthia Reppert possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as CHRO for Enabling Functions at Kantar. Previously, Cynthia held senior roles including EVP of HR and Global Head of Organization Development at Kantar, as well as Director of Organization Development at The Nielsen Company. Additional roles include Sr Consultant at IBM and Director at NCR. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from American University - Kogod School of Business and has furthered studies at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
