Andrej Winter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management, consulting, and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Business Manager at Kantar since June 2022, Andrej also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for Teach For Slovakia, an initiative focused on enhancing education and leadership in the community. Previous roles include Customer & Employee Experience Consultant at Anodius, Board Member at HRcomm, Co-Founder and CEO of jobangels.com, and Founder & Partner of Challengest. Andrej has a strong background in marketing, project management, and strategy development, having worked with ADDA Consultants, Aspiro, and Microsoft. Holding a degree in Business Informatics from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave and further education from IESE Business School, Andrej combines academic knowledge with practical experience to drive impactful results.
