Steve Rockers possesses extensive experience in project management and road design, currently serving as Senior Project Manager at the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) since June 1992. Rockers has held various leadership roles within KDOT, including Assistant Bureau Chief of the Bureau of Alternate Delivery and Senior Road Design Leader, demonstrating expertise in program management and design. Prior experience includes co-managing at 84 Lumber from June 1987 to May 1989. Rockers earned a Bachelor of Science in Transportation and Highway Engineering from the University of Kansas School of Engineering, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Business from The University of Kansas.
