Michelle Needham is currently the Economic Development Programs Manager at KDOT. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions such as Director of Operations and Scheduling for Governor Kelly of Kansas, Scheduler at Brian McClendon for Kansas, Family Advocate and PBS Classroom Coach at Positive Bright Start, and Behavioral Consultant at Community Living Opportunities, Inc. Michelle holds a BSW in Social Work from The University of Kansas and is also a Certified Public Manager from the same university.
