Dea Brokesh, PLA, GRP, is an experienced project manager currently working for the Kansas Department of Transportation since April 2022. As the owner of LDB Landscape Architecture & Engineering, LLP since October 2007, Dea has led the firm in providing design, construction documentation, contract management, and grant writing services, focusing on sustainable site solutions across various projects. Previously, Dea spent over three decades at Kansas State University as a landscape architect, responsible for proposing and administering grants, as well as coordinating outreach construction projects. Dea holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Kansas State University.
