Antonio Medina has over two decades of management experience in the food production and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at KanPak LLC since November 2020, Antonio previously held various leadership positions within KanPak, including Production Manager and Production Supervisor. Prior experience includes roles as Production Supervisor/Assistant Superintendent at Smithfield Foods and Assistant Plant Manager at Goodyear. Antonio began a career in production coordination and R&D assistance at Dundee Foods LLC, showcasing a diverse skill set in operational leadership. Educational background includes attendance at Horseheads High School from 1994 to 1997.
