Romy Bundy has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. In 2010, they began their career as an Office Administrator at Shadforth Financial Group Ltd (formerly Jeena Limited). Two years later, they moved on to become an Office Administrator at Senergy Econnect Australia. In 2013, they were a Publishing Assistant at Sothertons Melbourne. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Business Support Coordinator at SACS Consulting, where they managed projects and tasks and liaised with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes on time. During this time, they also coordinated and project managed a volume recruitment process, end-to-end administration of executive recruitment processes, and the company's event program. In 2017, they were a Consultant and Recruitment Coordinator at Davidson. From 2017 to 2020, they held the roles of Executive Operations Manager and Executive Assistant at Zero Latency VR. Most recently, they have been the Head of Operations at Kanopi since 2020.

Romy Bundy obtained a Master's Degree in American Literature & Culture from the University of Leeds in 2008, after having previously earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from University College Roosevelt between 2004 and 2007.
