Dian Lin's work experience includes various roles in design and related fields. In 2018, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for Wild Nurture Clothing until 2019. In the same year, they also worked as a Designer for Story UK and as a Design Researcher for Design Against Crime. In 2019, they were a Service Designer for Visually Impaired People World, where they conducted user research and prototyped service frameworks. They also worked as an Industrial Design Intern for Narrative Studio. From 2018 to 2020, Dian was a Challenge Member for A New Direction, serving as a youth advisory and advocacy panel member for creative and cultural opportunities. In 2020, they became a Sustainability Student Representative at the University of the Arts London. They later joined Narrative Studio as a Freelance Designer in 2021 and then became an Industrial Design Intern for the same company. Dian Lin has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial and Product Design from Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London. Dian attended the university from 2017 to 2021. In addition, Dian also pursued a Diploma in Professional Studies from the same university from 2019 to 2020. Before attending university, they completed their earlier education at The Glasgow Academy from 2014 to 2017, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
