Radosław Hondo has been serving as the Hygiene Key Account Manager at Kanes Foods Ltd since July 2018, following a role as Training Co-Ordinator at the same company from July 2016 to April 2018. In the capacity of Training Co-Ordinator, Radosław introduced new employees to factory regulations, assessed training needs for both new and existing staff, designed and maintained cleaning procedures, managed employee training records, and provided feedback to management regarding new employees during probation reviews.
