Barrie Brake is an experienced site hygiene manager with a career spanning over two decades in the food industry. Currently serving as the site hygiene manager at Kanes Foods Ltd since July 2017, Barrie previously held a similar position at 2 Sisters Food Group from July 2003 to June 2017.
