Marinilys Pena serves as the Regional HR Manager at Kane Is Able, Inc. since December 2014, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, policy development, EEO, worker’s compensation, employment law, and benefits. Concurrently, Marinilys has been the Human Resources Manager for the SouthEast Region at AGC Glass Company North America since February 2013, providing HR support for 900 employees, developing employee relations plans, implementing competency-based staffing strategies, and participating in recruitment efforts. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond, where Marinilys led the launch of a new E-Commerce fulfillment center, and as Human Resources Training Manager at Century 21 Department Stores, facilitating high-volume recruitment. An early career position as a Human Resources Assistant at Cosmetic Essence Innovation involved serving as a liaison between management and a diverse workforce. Marinilys holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from William Paterson University and an Associate of Arts from Passaic County Community College.
