Idalia Fulfer, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at KANE since January 2022, overseeing HR activities across multiple states including Arizona and New Jersey. With extensive HR leadership experience, Idalia has held senior positions at VERTICOM, Oxiteno, and PolyOne, among others. Idalia's career in human resources began at Transocean, progressing through various managerial roles at companies such as Academy Sports + Outdoors and Celanese. Idalia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a minor in HR Management from Western International University. Additionally, an Associate degree in Business was obtained from the same institution.
