Eric Simon serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at KANE since December 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Eaton, where Eric held multiple positions including Finance Manager and Associate in Corporate Development and Planning from February 2018 to December 2022. Prior to that, Eric was a Senior Financial Analyst at Airgas from December 2013 to January 2018 and gained early experience as an Accounting Intern at The Country Club of Hudson and an Internal Audit Intern at GrafTech International. Eric holds an MBA from Penn State University and a B.B.A. in Finance from Kent State University, demonstrating a strong foundation in finance and accounting, along with advanced analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and database systems.
