Henry Thompson currently serves as the Director of Plant Operations at La Rabida Children's Hospital, a position held since July 2024. Additionally, Henry has been the Chief Operations Officer and Director of Facilities for Kane County, Illinois, since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Henry was the Director of Plant Operations at La Rabida Children’s Hospital from May 2019 to August 2022 and also worked at UChicago Medicine as the Facilities Manager from September 2006 to May 2019.
