Nithin VM is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in analog design and software engineering. Currently serving as a SerDes Analog Architect and Analog Design Engineer at Kandou since February 2020, Nithin has a strong background in circuit design that includes DFE, TX Equalization, LC-PLL, VCOs, high-speed CML, bias circuits, and power gating. Previously, Nithin worked as an Analog Engineer at Intel Corporation from September 2010 to February 2020, contributing to data lane integration for PCIe and USB interfaces. Nithin’s early career included a role as a Senior Software Engineer at IBS Software Services, focusing on real-time fleet control systems for airlines using C++. Nithin holds an MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics, an M.Tech in VLSI Design from Vellore Institute of Technology, and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from LBS College of Engineering.
